Hertz Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Met with the general manager and was offered the job after the few questions were asked. Received paperwork for background check and drug testing before I left the interview. Completed background check in 2 days and drug test this morning which is rapid so they received results right away. Passed background and drug test and due to start 2/10/22. All was a 2 day process

2 step interview One with location manager, then the hiring manager Be on time! Was asked about prior work experience. What I enjoyed and what I could add to the team. Great interview. Excited to work at an airport location with Hertz. Been here 3 years now.
