Interviewed over the phone. Short and straight to the point. Was able to start in less than a week and required little to no training, essentially training was to highlight things to look for when inspecting a return.

Applied online, recruiter contacted me a few days later looking to talk with me about the position. The recruiter asked me a few basic questions about working in weather conditions and such. I was then scheduled for a face-to-face interview the following day. The in-person interview involved a lot of customer service questions. They want you to smile and be energetic.
