Most of the questions were pretty straight forward, 'Tell me about yourself, 'what are your experiences in sales?,' 'describe a difficult situation you've experienced in a customer service situation and how you solved it.' One question that I hadn't seen before was 'I have a group of 18 salesmen on my crew, how do you feel you'll rank among them if you worked here?'
