Great process. I filled out my online application then was contacted by the recruter to set up my interview. I went a couple interviews and then was hired. The employees were very friendly when I went into the office.
The initial screening interview was good and straightforward. Asked about my experience and general preliminary questions. Also asked about certain situations at work and how I handled and managed various aspects of business

The process was very long and spread out and I had to travel a lot to do 4 different interviews. The interview questions were pretty direct and clear. I knew exactly what I needed to answer without feeling like I had to rush.

I worked directly with overworked recruiters that utlize icims. Their limited time with multiple candidates forces them to send numbers of people for interviews once screened. They must hit their quotas for their rankings, but sourcing was not done successfully and unqualified candidates continuously flow. Very poor setup. The recruiter works in HQ for the entire region.
