HelloFresh Senior Software Engineer interview questions

Very slow. Had 5 good interviews but got denied without a reason. First a coding challenge, then a Manager interview, a tech interview, a system design interview and finally a BR interview.

Had an initial recruiter call. Received a take-home assignment with data aggregation. In the assignment, they mentioned review criteria as if they were only interested in solving the problem, but the reality is totally different. They expect to cover all possible test cases, validations, documentation, code comments, and integration tests. So, think about it before you simply solve and submit the assignment. Though it mentions assignment would take 4-5 hrs, to cover all the requirements, it would take days. Also do not focus on the optimal solution, because they only care about icing on the cake.
