first round - recruiter screen 2nd round - hiring manager screen 3rd round - director interview 4th round - senior director I didn't get a positive vibe from the people I spoke with.... it felt like there are lot of director level leaders looking for field employees to do the heavy lifting. I would stay away from this company.
