Started with consultant reaching out and profile discussion. First round was a python case study. Followed by two tech rounds one director round. The process went on for almost 1.5 months.

Interview
The interview process started with HR screening followed by a coding test, Technical Interview, and Business Interview, and the last interview with Senior Director.
The salary that they offer is peanuts and no benefits (Relocation benefits are good for nothing).
Better to stay away and choose some good company.
My experience is not good with HelloFresh, don't know what they expect in coding test, even you made everything perfect as per requirement, they still point out (silly things) which makes you feel that you are not suitable for that position you applied for.
They don't have any intention of hiring people, just want to promote their brand.

Interview
Recruiter call and then followed by a 90 mins of interview with hiring manager. I enjoyed the conversation a lot. After that I got a take home assignment but failed on the expectations of the hiring team as they are looking for a person with exceptional Python development skills.

I got a take home assignment to build SPARK application on recipes dataset. The problem was easy but the expectations on the solution was very high. The code should be object-oriented, with config files, unit test cases, logging and alerting, exception handling. Extra points for CI/CD , etc
