HelloFresh Project Manager interview questions

Super quick and lovely recruitment team. From application to offer within a week. I had 2 interviews, an initial and brief one with HR and another one with the team lead of the team I was applying for.

1. Screening call with HR. 2. Excel test - I was told I would receive a feedback within 2 days and I could not get in touch with HR for approx. 2 weeks. Also, I had applied for another position in the company and they warmly encouraged me to withdraw from it, although I did not want to, as I was still at a very early stage of the recruiting process for both. 3. Technical interview - received feedback very fast and got invited to the last stage of the process. 4. Team & cultural fit - during one of the two sessions, the interviewers were hostile and it looked like they had no interest in being on the call or listening to my answers. Unfortunately, I was not selected for the role and when HR called me to inform me of their decision, she was not able to give me any constructive feedback on what I could have done better, saying that I was the ideal candidate and that my profile was as strong as the one they had selected, but that unfortunately they only had one position available. The funny thing is that a couple of days after this conversation, they advertised the position again on LinkedIn, therefore I got in touch again to understand what happened, and the feedback was now that my profile did not match what they were looking for, once again without providing any examples.
