HelloFresh Manager interview questions

The recruiter was nice and the atmosphere in the office seemed friendly. After a phone interview, I was sent a task and invited to the office. The interview was great and I had a great impression of the people and company. The presentation of the task went well. Compared to other companies, the task was fine. Not too broad so that you feel like they wanna steal your ideas. After the interviews and task presentation I found out that the salary is way below the industry standard however. Even though they ask for your salary expectations right at the start? This was a disappointing experience because one could have saved a lot of time for both sides. I would recommend to people who apply at HelloFresh to check the salary range right at the start.
