1st round - call from recruiter Why do you want to work for Hello Fresh? Tell me about yourself Why should we hire you? What projects have you worked on previously?

The process was clear from the beginning, the first time there was a small video in which you have to introduce yourself in a few minutes, followed by a call with a recruiter who told me that in a maximum of 2 days I will receive feedback on my application. It wasn't like that at all, more than 3 weeks passed and I had to ask her what the status was. After another 2 days she returned with a formal email, without apologizing for the fact that forgot to give me feedback. The feedback was that they decided to go ahead with an internal candidate.
