I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HelloFresh (Toronto, ON) in Sep 2023
Interview
It was a HR interview. She explained to me all the benefits, the rounds that I would be going through, and it was extremely clear. However, once the interview started, all questions asked were project management questions rather than HR questions.
The questions were as expected, and I answered them like a project manager should, mostly utilising the STAR method.
However, I was rejected, and when I asked for a feedback, I was told that the HR couldn't understand my answers. It was a very odd feedback, as it gives me nothing to work on or better my skills. The questions were all PM questions, and I answered them like a PM. It seemed like an unfair representation of my skillset, as the job description completely matched my skill set (as pointed out by the HR herself), except for the industry.

Question 1
"Describe a project in detail"
"Was there a project where you failed and your lessons from it"
Long, a lot of steps initially with HR and then with the hiring team. Required a case study on Excel which you had two hours for. Last step is a culture interview
