I applied online. I interviewed at HelloFresh (Berlín) in May 2024
Interview
Video call with the recruiter. For being the first stage interview for the role, the recruiter was super well prepared, knew the role well and asked already very specific questions, with concrete examples of how I would tackle some of the topics related to the job - something that normally happens at a later stage of an interview process. Overall positive experience, the interviewer seemed very competent.

Question 1
Give me an example of an initiative you would like to do in order to promote the brand to new customers
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at HelloFresh in Apr 2024
Interview
The interview process is pretty straightforward (as in Germany): call with a recruiter, homework task for 3-5 hours, then live-coding, a technical interview, afterward system design, and one more behavioral stage.
I passed the homework and it was that time to get links to the next stage, and I started the wait. I was waiting literally 4 full weeks to get 2 (two!) links for the next stages (live coding and technical interview). I've decided to withdraw myself from the following competition because if the business needs a dedicated team to send links and even that fails, then I just can't understand how the rest of the company still works.

Question 1
Homework: parse some income data and make it in an optimal way, and describe the process and decisions one has made.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at HelloFresh (Berlín) in Jun 2024
Interview
The interview process consisted of 4 stages: an initial HR screening, a case study, a technical interview and a final culture & team interview.
The first interview was about my experiences and motivation to work with HelloFresh. The case study was sent after I absolved another test that had not been mentioned before and is apparently part of the process. Only in the third stage interview, I found out more about the actual position and tasks. The process was a little confusing. I received a rejection, but was offered a feedback call in the end, which I appreciate.
