Lengthy and asked for a case study to be completed, several rounds with multiple HR professionals. Recruiter kept the process moving along and pressured me to complete a case study over the weekend. Sent out a rejection email after 3rd interview and then called back an hour later to say that that was a " mistake". Very unprofessional and used the case study to gather free strategy. I asked for feedback after 5 days of complete silence on the case study and only received an email back about not being a good match. I urge any HR professionals not to waste time in completing their assignments for free.

What was your challenging situation in a global environment and how did you overcome that.
I had to complete a home assignment (test task) which, as I was told, is similar to tasks I'm going to face in this role on the daily basis. I received positive feedback on it and after that was involved into four interviews: technical one (no coding), JavaScript (coding), system design (Miro whiteboarding) and executive one (soft-skills)
