Horrible experience, I had a lot of interviews and a case study, then i was kept on hold waiting for the final verdict for almost 5 weeks. The feedback following the rejection was weak and left me happy that I wasn't accepted in the first place.

Long. Needed 3 interviews before I got the position. One with the manager of the department I was working at, one with an analysts and one with HR. Then we were grouped with other agents and competing for the position.

Standard recruiter and hiring manager questions to assess experience and qualifications. My application was put on hold and there was no transparent communication about the process afterwards. After a while (more than a month) a received a generic email declining my candidature. The recruiter stopped answering my questions regarding other similar opened positions, to which my experience seemed suitable.
