Interview
The recruiter call, then portfolio review then hiring manager review and then final interview, I didn't pass recruiter interview. The recruiter missed the initial call and sent an email 10 mins after to setup another call. recruiter didn't seem interested from the first minute and I find it unprofessional to miss the interview call, and be late to the rescheduled call as well, tells a lot about the environment there.

Interview
I will split my feedback into two parts:
HR: One of the best and most transparent candidate experience I have ever had, from providing very detailed feedback on every stage to the speed and professionalism of setting up the interviews, I am very thankful for how easy they made the process feel.
Interviewers: every interviewer was very respectful, engaging and showed a lot of knowledge and experience within the industry. Moreover, the questions asked were all tailored to assess the candidate in specific aspects of product management and leadership. I hope a lot of companies can learn how to hire for Product Management roles from HelloFresh.
Overall, the process was very competitive, and the candidates, interviewers and recruiters pushed to bring out of me

- Focus on product strategy and futuristic visions
- Working, gathering and understanding of data
- Generating valuable insights based on the data you have for other stakeholders
- Small live case study on retention

Hello Fresh has a three/four-stage set of interviews involving a technical test, take-home case study and behavioural interviews after the initial screening with the HR. The technical test is online, take-home case study is done with a hiring manager, and behaviour interviews are either with hiring manager or with an additional cross-functional senior stakeholder or a director of the wider team.
