HelloFresh interview questions

I applied online and needed to answer several questions. I answered not too short, not too long and provided also a cover letter. Get a rejection letter in hours (!). I am ok that I may be not a good match, not skilful enough or something. However, my CV was tailored very well to the job ad and I checked that thoroughly. Even if that was the case, rejection was too quick. So I am quite sure that it was one of three reasons. First - some hidden requirements. Second - some kind of discrimination because of unnamed criteria . Third - a much lower salary than the market proposes. I always check Glassdoor as well as other resources for the actual one for Berlin and the role I am applying for. So be transparent, and don't waste applicants' time.

Unnecessarily lengthy interview process for the amount of pay the job offers. The interview process for this role consists of 3 stages. Some people have gotten job offers from this company that were later on revoked. Be wary if you get a job offer.
