*They don't give you any feedback about your test* The first interview was nice, with RH, they asked me some questions about my life as a designer and after that, she sent me a test to do. "As discussed, as a next step please complete the attached test task and give us a first impression of how you would approach your work. There is no time limit and you are free to choose the format in which you deliver your solution. " After 4 days doing the task, I sent it to them. A huge case study etc. but 15 min later she sent me this email "After careful review our design team we regret to inform you, that currently, we cannot proceed with the application process." I've replied her asking for any feedback to improve my knowledge but they just stopped to answer me. Maybe they are really busy to give any feedback for people who are trying to do their best to get a job... sad.. so sad.

i applied online through stackoverflow, after one week HR sent to me video call interview, the recruiter was very nice and professional, she has technical skills, all the questions was about my experience and skills, it was HR interview for sure, so no deep technical questions there. after we finish she told me she will forward my application to technical manager to review it and they return to me if i am selected or not. after few days back with apology of complete the process without give any reason for that, i thanks her for feedback and asked for more details why i am not selected but they didnt answer my email i dislike how they ignore my email, they should be more professional in give feedback and not ignore the candidates
