I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at HelloFresh (Berlín) in Dec 2017
Interview
Fast and efficient process that consisted in:
- 1st interview with the manager via Skype for a general overview of the role and first fit.
- 1 case study to work on in a set time, that required to search about the company processes and provide ideas of improvement.
- 2 face-to-face interviews, 1h each, with 2 team members and then with the manager. All standard interview questions were asked, from your experience, team fit, company fit, career expectations... just be prepared there were no tricky questions.

Question 1
Hardest questions:
What can you bring to the company?
Why you and not someone else with more experience?
Tell me about a difficult situation and how you handled it?

Interview
1. Phone interview - Recruiter looked at LinkedIn profile while on the phone and for each job asked...What would your BOSS say is your strength, What would your BOSS say is your weakness? On a scale of 1 to 10 what would your BOSS rank you? Who is your BOSS? I am going to speak with them!
- If you want to know what my BOSS thinks it is much better to ask them instead of the candidate but since when are references DICTATED by the recruiter?
2. Excel Test - One hour to answer 12 questions on a poorly organized spreadsheet
Clearly this company needs to hire someone in HR who know how to recruit. This is not a company I would want to work for so I withdrew my application.
