HelloFresh interview questions

Very simple, basic questions. Interview began with a phone call, followed up with an in-person interview. Questions revolve around what you seek from the job, how you would approach a situation, and how you are with teams.

I got through 3 interviews. The generic HR interview was ok, but they do not talk about benefits or salaries. You have to drive these topics, which is weird because it sounds like they know their benefits or payscale are not so competitive. They do not seem to also offer shares either, so maybe you have to negotiate that. The technical interviews were nice. They've never had a tech writer before so the questions were quite varied depending on the interviewer but the interviews were interesting. Great opportunity to learn about the company and what they actually need. The interview tone was relaxed.
