I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at HelloFresh (Denver, CO) in Jun 2019
Interview
They invited me for an interview and I accepted the invitation. The office was dingy and it felt like a fly-by-night operation. Hint: if you are 25 or under and would like to work nights, weekends, and travel hours to a job site, this job may be for you.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at HelloFresh (Harlow, England) in Apr 2019
Interview
Initially I was told that this was a junior manager role but then found out that it was an executive role. The interview process was very informal, I wasn’t offered a drink or anything and the interviewers were late - but I was given the impression that they were impressed by me when we finally got down to the interview. Following the interview, I had no follow up from the internal recruiter for 3 weeks with little feedback or reason why I was not offered the role. When I replied that same day to ask for more information, I got an out of office reply as she was then away for two weeks in holiday. Not impressed at all.

Interview
Typical interview process. First, communication about the whole interview process is not stated clearly. Second, the recruiter talks like he’s the god’s answer to all your prayers. And finally, after you have painstakingly completed a task for developers (not DevOps) to create an api server, they say they don’t want to progress my application further. And that’s okay, but at least give me some feedback or at least reply back to my mails. So all in all the whole process was idiotic like any other ordinary company.

Question 1
Typical trivial idiotic questions that you have already mentioned in the cv or the cover letter that they needed me tell them in my own voice.
