Interview
In my case I must say all the interviewers were extremely friendly, honestly focused on getting to know you, your skills and your fit with the company, the team and the position.
The process is pretty straightforward. After you send the application and your resume, if they think you are a good fit for the position, you will be contacted for a brief screening call from HR to know a bit more about you, to get to know you and other things about you that are not in your CV. They will tell you a bit about the company and the position and that is mostly it.
If you pass this stage, you receive a technical assignment to prove you have the minimum knowledge required for the position. It is not very complex or exhaustive, you do it on your own time and it takes less than a couple of hours.
If you pass this assignment, you get an interview with the person who would be your direct manager. In my case it was very friendly, very open and conversational.
After this, you are interviewed by a member of another team with whom you would have to work closely and need to have good rapport.
After passing this stage, you get an interview with the area manager (i.e. your manager's manager) for a final confirmation that you are a good fit from a more strategic point of view.
And that's it! If you make it, you will get another call to get the good news and they will make you an offer.
The whole process is very clear, you are always well informed about how it's going, in which stage you are, how long you have to wait for the next steps, etc. and they always request for your available slots, no impositions.
I loved the fact that it was all really about getting to know your skills, personality and fit in the company. No weird trick questions, no "bar raisers", etc.
