Interview
This was a 3 part interview with an additional excel test. The first interview was over the phone with the talent specialist - general get to know you questions and if you make it past that interview, you do the excel test. Upon receiving the email with the excel test attached, I noticed it had someone else's answers already inputted. They were all wrong anyway, but I found that a little odd. Regardless, I made it to round two, a video call. They describe this as their DNA interview, it's a few questions based on a set of data and based on scenarios - very straightforward stuff. The last interview was another video call with a bit more insight into the role. Throughout this entire process, everyone I spoke to was kind and really seemed to love the company and their roles. I was told I'd have an answer within a week. It's now been 3 weeks and I've been ghosted! How lovely it was to waste time preparing, researching, doing actual tests and getting excited about this role, only to be ghosted. Do yourself a favor and don't even bother applying, ghosting seems to be a trend with them. (However if you still do apply and get through, I hope I've been able to help prepare you a but more!)

Interview
Began with a questionnaire, followed by a phone interview, excel test and culture fit interview with a second interviewer. The interviews were thorough but pleasant enough and the questions were fair. Wait time in between each stage was long and communication wasn’t great.
