It started with a broad company presentation, then friendly questions to me- details about my CV, professional journey and previous responsibilities, etc. Questions regarding procurement skills and theory knowledge- supplier evaluation and product quality criteria.

Question 1
Name 3 criteria for supplier continuous evaluation.
I applied for one role: Senior Recruiter.
I received the invite to participate in the interview and was not contemplating the Senior part. I searched for the job description and it was already changed. I was never informed about it/ this topic was never discussed. I find this to be shady from a company, they are advertising something and then in the end it is not matching with what they advertised initially.
Maybe it also explains the turnover in the Recruitment team(?) Selling something that does not match with the reality.
