Interview
Online job fair so did a video interview with an HR partner. She didn't have my resume even though I had submitted it days prior, so I had to email it again at start of interview. She received it but didn't ask many questions specifically about my work history or experience.
At end of interview she stated they were moving quickly and I would hear from them in a day or so, never received any further contact.

Interview
The process was lengthy, and had about 5 stages stretched over 3 weeks, but that seems to be a standard these days. Besides regular screening interviews, cultural checks etc. there were two technical parts: coding challenge and tech interview. The challenge was reasonable, but quite open. Basically I had to code additional features to the given codebase, with full test coverage etc. After the code got a positive review, the tech interview was basically about finding out why certain solutions and patterns were used, and a few open questions around that, on top of that some purely technical web dev topics. Also there were open questions regarding working in teams, code reviewing, etc, so not only about coding itself. After that I had a few more rounds for cultural check, talking to director, back to recruiter, and finally getting an offer. In my case the recruiter was very helpful and engaged after the initial tech interviews got positive reviews - you could feel the support to help you land the job through the rest of the process.

Interview
Applied online through LinkedIn, received an email from a recruiter that same day to set up a 30-min phone screen. Basic phone screen questions about my experience and the position. The recruiter was transparent from the start, and discussed the salary range and commute expectations. The 2nd round was a 1-hr video conference with two Associate Directors in Customer Care--this interview went well and asked situational questions based on my experience. The 3rd round was a 30-min video conference with the VP of Customer Care. This also went well, and questions were focused on my leadership style and experience. All those involved in the interview process were comfortable to talk to, and made the interview experience enjoyable. I was surprised when I did not receive a job offer
