Smooth process. All the steps of the hiring process were clear from the first call. Extra focus was put at making sure that I would be the right fit in the company culture.

I was invited to an open day. This was just three days that hundreds of potential employees were invited to. The interview was very quick, they didn’t have my resume on hand and weren’t prepared in any way. They basically asked me what I was applying for and if I was qualified. They hire you on the spot, which is never a good sign.
