Interview
The interview process was great. It was a long process but considering the context of COVID lockdown, it wasn't really an issue. I think the interviews were really relevant to the role, especially the live cooking demo.

Interview
I applied for the Senior CRM position online, and after a few weeks got an email from a recruiter, asking me to input availability. When I opened the availability form, I noticed they were asking me to interview for an entry level position I did not apply for. Once I confirmed that I hadn't made a mistake, I asked for some clarification. They told me that I only met the qualifications for an entry level role with them, despite my many years of experience, so I removed myself from the process. Super confusing and rude way to go about it – I would have appreciated if they had been more straightforward with me upfront, explaining which role they'd like to consider me for and asking if I was still interested. Doing it this way felt like they were trying to trick me.
