1st. Interview with hiring manager: experience and motivations
2nd. Quick chat with HR: culture fit and work logistics
3rd. Case presentation: deep case, 48 hours for preparations, followed by presentation and Q&A session
4th. Interview with department director: more technical than I would expect, but still good.

The interview with HR went well; he was very professional and kind.
The next round was with the hiring manager, and I had a very bad experience. Although I passed that round and was asked to work on a case, I refused to continue with the role because I found the team manager unsympathetic and was sure she would be a challenge in terms of personal management.

Interview
First round was a 30mins Zoom call with the recruiter. When the recruiter did not show up after 15mins, I emailed him to let him know that have I to hop off for another call soon. He then called me on my phone, about 2mins after I sent my email and proceeded to have my call with him by phone. It was extremely rushed and he tried to keep it within the original timeframe (just over 10mins left now!). He then rejected me after. Terrible experience, I requested to be rescheduled but it seemed I was just an item on his checklist to clear.
