1. Introductory call with the recruiter - Basic introduction, past experience, expectations etc. 2. Test Assignment - Had to add some functionalities to a basic React app that implements a part of their app. They specifically mentioned giving attention to adding unit tests, performance, accessibility, documentation. 3. Technical Interview - Discussed experience with different types of testing, Design system, how to structure documentation, Accessibility. There were also a lot of behavioral questions with a wide scope like previous team structure and how I interacted with different team members, what is a good code review and bad code review. The recruiter was really supportive throughout the whole process.
