HelloFresh interview questions

I've applied for a few Marketing roles at HelloFresh over the years, all of which I was qualified for in terms of experience and skill according to the job descriptions, and have been ghosted every time. This time round was even worse than the others - I did not hear anything back for about two months after submitting my application, despite following up directly with the recruiters responsible for the role (they ignored me). When I did hear back I was told that my experience looked good and that they'd like to invite me to attend a first interview, they asked me to let them know my availability for the next week, which I did. Then... nothing. The next week came and went, no interview was booked, no one ever replied to my email accepting the interview or when I followed up. At this point I'm just baffled and have been put off applying for a role at HelloFresh again. It's such a shame because, looking at the other reviews, it doesn't seem like I'm the only one who's had an experience like this with the company and HelloFresh must be losing so much great talent who would have previously been passionate about the brand.
