No interview, direct hire depending on what shifts are available at the moment. They may hire you for one and you end on another shift. But overall, just basic questions about whether or not you want the job.

Interview
an HR call, followed by a take-home test with 7 SQL questions and a behavioral interview, the interview process was then stopped because the position was closed for some reason

Question 1
How many subscriptions do our customers have on average? How many customers have ordered more than one product? How many customers have ordered more than one product with the same subscription?
First, I got a take-home task with a few ambiguous comments. It was reviewed, and we passed it to the next round. Everyone was nice, but during the Payments interview, you must show certain things they don't show you. For example, for the Leadership part, you are expected to present the project to show your soft skills, consumer focus, and technical experience. For System design, it was important to clarify requirements and, on your own, show deep dives on how to scale the load.
