HelloFresh interview questions

Full cycle from application all the way to the offer took just 1 month which is incredibly fast. There were 1st stage with HR + HM, then 2nd with HM and outgoing employee who's role been advertised; 3rd one with a senior stakeholder. Fair to say there was no stress at all, people were friendly, articulated questions & expectations very well, focused on your thought process and the way you tackle & manage your daily job to assess overall cultural fit. IMO the priority for the role is to demonstrate capability to structure things, work autonomously (identify issues, communicate, come up with action plan to solve/improve, take ownership and deliver result). Swift feedback took only 1-2 days to provide. Very positive experience.

4 rounds of interview. Screening round with questions focused on company and role knowledge and present experience. Then case study round. Then 2 more interviews with higher staff. This was technical round but more focus on how past experience can fit into this role.
