Es war eine nette Atmosphäre. 4 Runden.
Eine Vorstellungsrunde mit sehr vielen Fragen an mich und sehr wenig Zeit für meine Fragen. Ausserdem hatte ich das Gefühl, dass meine Gesprächspartner haben mein Lebenslauf nicht gesehen.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at HelloFresh (Berlingen) in Jan 2024
Interview
The interview process was fast. First round was with the recruiter who was super supportive and explained the role in detail. The next round was with the hiring manager. Went in depth into my experience and questions around how I fit the profile. Explained the challenges of the role and what to expect. The third round was deep into Product Management skills. Probably one of the most engaging interviews I have had. The interviewer was Sr Director of Product and went deep into the craft with a very interesting and data driven case towards the end. The fourth and fifth were with a direct stakeholder and then with a member from Leadership team. The stakeholder interview was more around how I work with people, whether I understand the challenges of the role, etc. The leadership round was again more to understand how I manage people and overall cultural fit. I was interviewing with other companies, so they fast tracked the process and were very supportive throughout.

The first interview was a recruiter interview, the second interview was a case study interview with a peer. It was 45 min in total, 5 min intrduction, 5 min general strategic question, 30 min case study, 5 min open questions and wrap up
