I was told that the process would have 3 interview stages:
1. 30 minute screening phone call with in-house recruiter
2. Interview and presentation with hiring manager
3. Interview with business unit lead

The interview tone was conversational. The recruiter put me at ease and spent some time sharing an overview of HelloFresh, the structure of the team this role would sit in and discussing cultural fit.
