Really great experience from first communication. Each and every person gave me a strongly positive feeling about the culture at HF, and this was a big part of the reason why I decided to join. I could also get a great understanding of the project, the team, the dynamics.

The whole process took a little more than 2 weeks. It included 3 interviews (recruiter, senior manager, team members), a case study and a presentation. The whole process was super smooth and transparent, overall atmosphere was very engaging and collaborative. Additionally, clear feedback was provided on every interview step.
