The process included three parts.
The first one revolved around a general interview with a member of the People / HR Team, which I found very pleasant and overall comfortable.
The second part also included an interview, but this time it was with two lead members of the Community Management Team, which I also enjoyed a lot. Aside from the standard interview questions, we talked a lot about our own personal backgrounds, which I felt was a nice touch and made me feel a connection with the team already.
The last part was an in-person visit to tour around the office, but also to meet the whole team and learn more about / experience their daily tasks. Everyone was super welcoming and friendly, and made me feel truly at home, which is something I had never experienced before at other company visits / trial days.
Overall, I really enjoyed the process from start to finish, everyone was very genuine and had amazing people skills. Simply said, they know to make a candidate feel comfortable enough to be themselves.
