Initial call from HR, 90 min excel exam, interview with line manager, 3 hour case study, interview with manager in Germany.
It was during COVID19 and I had a relatively smooth interview experience at first even though they sent a corrupt excel test file that corrupted my computer during the test. I was reluctant about the role given the lack of managerial experience in the team from every level (all very young and inexperienced). I was pretty appalled to see the the role re-advertised on LinkedIn a week after my final stage interview and was never contacted to be informed that I wasn't successful. Over 4 weeks on, I got a candidate survey to fill out about my experience. Oh the irony! Just shows a lack of integrity and professionalism on their part.
