I met the head of Food Quality & Safety at a Food Recruitment Fair at the Oval, we hit it off. Having spoken to an HR consultant I found out that they were looking for someone with data skills who could use Tableau. I then prepared for the interview by completing a Tableau course. Hello Fresh then arranged a telephone interview, followed by a face to face interview.

If you were to set up a social club at Hello Fresh what would it be?
1. Resume submission on website
2. Telephone interview for shortlisted candidates
3. Onsite interview - not up to this stage
The telephone interview includes both behaviour questions and technical questions. It was quite detailed.

The internal recruiter (IR) and I agreed to a date and time, but 5 mins before the beginning of the telephone interview the IR emails to cancel because the current meeting they are in is running late. The IR and I agree and confirm a reschedule for the following day. The following day the IR text messages at the time of the meeting to cancel because they are late to the office and still on public transport. The IR and I agree and confirm a reschedule for the day after that. Two cancellations day after day. This is a poor reflection on Hello Fresh.
