Interview
There was a phone interview with a HR guy, a F2F interview with the Manager of the position, an Excel test then finally an interview with the Head of Marketing.
The telephone interview was great and easy, you're being tested here for cultural fit. I think they already know from your CV if they pretty much want to hire you or not.
In the F2F interview you chat about your skills and experiences, then there are a couple of on the spot tests which you can work through and ask questions about.
The Excel test is pretty easy; vlookups, pivot tables, countifs, nested ifs and so on.
The final interview was very weird and the lady asked very odd questions. This one was difficult. She was very blunt and sounded rushed, and some of the time I didn't even understand what she was actually asking.

The classic how many ping pong balls can you fit in a tennis court (that wasn't exactly it, but it was along those lines)
It was a phone interview and I consider it was a pretty standard process: basic questions in the first interview. If you’re familiar with the industry and role, it shouldn’t be too difficult.
