What a strange interview. The first interview with the recruiter went well over the phone. I had a virtual interview with an HRBP for the position at the facility in Goodyear, AZ. She came late which was fine with me. What was strange to me was that she immediately started eating and burping during the process and I'm not even exaggerating this. You would think that someone in that position would show a little more professionalism. I immediately felt like she had no interest in the interview. Aside from that, we talked about experience and knowledge of programs and tools.
