Hays Trainee Recruiter interview questions

The whole process was very fast. I submitted my application for the role on a Friday, and got an offer by next week's friday. 4 interview phases: 1st was a phone pre-screening (15 mins); 2nd was a virtual interview; 3rd was an interview at Hays offices with the Regional Director; 4th was a personal interview with two possible future managers (from different areas).
