The whole process was very fast. I submitted my application for the role on a Friday, and got an offer by next week's friday. 4 interview phases: 1st was a phone pre-screening (15 mins); 2nd was a virtual interview; 3rd was an interview at Hays offices with the Regional Director; 4th was a personal interview with two possible future managers (from different areas).

They made an initial call to get to know me better and discuss salary options. I was supposed to confirm whether my interest in the position remained. They gave me time to think and were very kind and approachable.

Ottimo colloquio, molto interessante l’azienda e il suo funzionamento. Una realtà internazionale e meritocratica con vere prospettive di crescita anche in poco tempo. L’Hr mi ha messo subito a mio agio con domande di situazioni tipo in cui puoi un po immedesimarti nel ruolo.

Inicialmente é feita uma entrevista de grupo, por forma a avaliar certas competências (comunicação, etc.), posteriormente realiza-se uma entrevista com um membro da equipa de RH e, por fim, uma entrevista com o Regional Director.
