Hays Recriter interview questions

People are friendly but the interviews are fine if you're able to sell yourself. They are thorough at making sure you're a good fit and you're willing to work hard to make the company money. Overall I was confident I did a good job but I found the process tedious and it was hardly worth attending 3 rounds of interviews for a €28K role.

Submitted application. Got a 30 minute phone interview with a recruiter then got set up with the local manager for a virtual interview. Local manager was very knowledgeable. They said I should have heard back within a couple days. It’s now been more than two weeks with no response. Very disappointed
