🚩🚩🚩During the phone screen, I was asked what the last 4 digits of my social security number was. I asked what for and they said it was just part of the process. Never had I been asked this before. Very uncomfortable process.

Recibí una propuesta por Linkedin de una persona que trabaja para esta empresa, con perfil comprobado. No estoy en búsqueda activa de empleo, pero la oferta que me comentó me pareció interesante. Estaba publicada online y yo cumplía todos los requisitos para el puesto. No indicaban la empresa, ni la provincia, pero sí indicaban el salario. En la entrevista no querían decir el nombre de la empresa, sólo el sector, que es el mismo en el que yo trabajo. No se daba información del "cliente" No creo que fuera una oferta real, y la intención era atraer perfiles de candidatos en su base de datos
