Hays interview questions

it is first a phone interview to explain about the company culture and expectations too. They ask some questions on the background too. This is follow by a zoom group interview which is the whole day. There is role play of cold calling which can be hard as the aim is to close sales or meet the potential client too.

Pasé por varios procesos, en primer lugar una llamada telefónica hasta ahí todo bien, y luego 3 video-entrevistas, cabe resaltar la falta de respeto,soberbia hablando y profesionalidad, nunca llegaron a darme feedback del proceso después de pasar todas las entrevistas y enviar mails, me hicieron algunas preguntas y comentarios fuera de lugar "Que edad tienes" "Que si no era muy senior" me dijo más educadamente la de la fase anterior (y ni a 35 llego) y la peor de todas, si me la pelaba estar en un sector o en otro, (sí, habéis leído bien)
