Hays interview questions

The interview process began with a screening call from a consultant who referred me. The process was to identify my push factor, my career ambition and career goals. The second stage was an invitation for a onsite interview with two stages: 1) Stage 1: Candidates will be tested on two areas: candidate selling and making a business call. The situation is entirely mock with the interviewers playing the respective role. The candidates will be supplied with scenarios and profiles that they have to work with. Lastly, the candidates will be asked to write a job advertisement from scratch Stage 2: Shortlisted candidates will be called in to speak directly with the managers that are looking to hire for their team. The questions are circumspect, and very professional. They also try to brief you on the challenges and expectation. If successful, you will meet with someone from the leadership team who will interview you further for one last time. Afterwhich, you will receive communications on whether you are successful.
