Hays interview questions

There is a 4 step process so be prepared to make sure you can take the time off when needed as after all recruitment is what they do so they want the best so it is very thorough but is very slick so each stage flys by. It's also a good opportunity to decide for yourself if this is for you. You need to be able to think on your feet especially on the assessment day which although is very tricky I walked out with a smile on my face as I enjoyed the test and kind of felt that regardless of the outcome I'd done myself proud.
