Hays interview questions

Applied online then had a Telephone Interview. Then was invited to a Face to Face Interview to discuss CV, skills and answer some standard interview questions and a practice role play. At the end of the interview I was invited to their Assessment Centre which was taking place the following week. The Assessment Centre consisted of 4 activities; a Presentation, a Business Development Call, Writing a Job Advert, and Selling a Candidate. After each activity we were given feedback on how we could of done better which was really helpful. Heard back a day later on whether I was being progressed to the Final Stage interview. Whatever the outcome they give you feedback on how you did. I was successful and was invited to a final stage interview which is due to take place later this week so haven't yet had an offer. Overall an amazing experience, I met some amazing people and learned a lot of hints and tips on how how to progress well in the role and in interviews.

Got into third round, firstly met with the business manager and then the senior manager of a specific team. I was asked numerous questions about the reasons of joining, my personality, and my point of view towards recruitment, what I should do to be successful.
