Interview

Multi Stage Interview - 1st stage was a phone interview, then i attended a 1 on 1 face to face interview in the office with a senior manager. The next step was the assessment centre, at the assessment centre I had to do role-plays and other tasks in front of other applicants and a director. the final stage is an office interview with the senior manager and a director.
4 stages after the initial application; phone interview, open day, assessment centre, and interview. This seems like a lot but it gives you a chance to get to know the job role and the company so you can make an informed decision as to whether you would like to work there.
