Full on, extremely long, very thorough, by the end of the interview you will have a very good understanding of the business and the types of management. I was interviewed by 6 people in total and had a group interview over 2 days. Very good experience.
This is my third company. I have never seen such a irresponsible and bad management/HR. My interview was scheduled by a consultancy.
First round was: Telephonic with HR.
Second round was: Technical Teams
Third was: salary negotiation & documents submittion.
Have been waiting to hear form them since 2 weeks .
HR does not even bothers to responds to your calls or give any clear picture to consultancy.

Erstes Telefoninterview von 20 Min mit HR, dann zweimal 1h mit jeweils zwei Teamleadern. Erster Schritt allgemeine Fragen bzgl. CV, Vorstellungen Gehalt, Englischkenntnisse geprüft. Frage auch ob man im Bereich für Festanstellung oder Temp arbeiten möchte.
Zweiter Schritt nochmals CV, Fragen bezüglich Persönlichkeit: Beispiel für Niederlage nennen und wie man damit umgegangen ist, Höhe der Frustrationstoleranz, Motivation und auch Fragen bzgl. den eigenen Vorstellungen von der Arbeit bei einem Personaldienstleister, Schätzfragen für KPIs. Sonst auch viel Infos über Hays, den Job an sich, was gefordert wird.

Was ist aus deiner Sicht wichtig für diesen Job? Was motiviert dich? Welche IT Firmen kennst du? Warum braucht es überhaupt Personaldienstleister? Welche Vorteile bieten wir den Kunden und Kandidaten? Welche Anzahl Abschlüsse pro Monat sind realistisch? Anzahl CVs die man realistischerweise pro Woche rausschicken kann? Konkrete Fragen zum Business waren aber Schätzfragen. Wichtig ist wohl hier, dass man nicht auf der Bremse steht, wer zu hoch liegt ist gut bedient.
