I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Hays (Bendigo) in Oct 2019
Interview
Horrible, honestly the worst interview I’ve had. I had approached Hays for employment support and they tried to hire me? I wasn’t interested as I’ve never worked in recruitment. They convinced me to come in. Interviewer had his buttons undone on his shirt and his stomach was showing throughout the interview. Very uncomfortable.
They also didn’t assist me with finding work as promised after I had the interview. It was a total waste of time.
